Safer Food, Better Business (SFBB) Training

 

In early 2006, the Law changed and made it a legal requirement for all food businesses to have a documented HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). Safer Food Better Business is a Food Standards Agency sponsored training package and hazard analysis designed to help small to medium sized caterers and retailers comply with the new requirements.
